Step one: Application & Letter of Acknowledgement 第一步: (申請通知書)
Mail or Send Electronically: (可郵寄或電子傳送)
* A completed application form (填寫完整之申請表)
* A recent photograph (近照)
* Final report cards for the last two years (copy of original and English translation) (最近兩年之學校成績單包含正本與譯本)
* $200 Application Fee (200加元申請費)
- * Two letters of recommendation from school personnel discussing work habits, behaviour, and academic potential
* Applicant’s handwritten letter indicating why they would like to participate in the program (提供兩封學校相關人員之推薦信函 – 導師/教務處/校長等，內容簡述學生的學習情形、行為態度以及學業上之潛能)，另外，申請學生之親筆信(非電腦列印)提出自己為何想要成為國際留學生
* Complete all custodianship forms (if applicable) (填寫監護人申請表)* Photocopy of first page of passport (護照首頁之影本)
Application packages will not be processed without all of the above items.
You will be sent an e-mail when your application packet is complete and ready for review.
A Letter of Acknowledgement via e-mail will be sent to all applicants regarding application acceptance status. This will include the name of the school you will study at.以上所有要求文件必須齊全，否則不會受理。當學校局收到完整文件與費用後會以電子通知申請者，並會寄發通知函告訴申請者狀況，其中包含申請者即將就讀的學校名稱。
Step two: Letter of Acceptance 第二步: (入學許可通知信)
Upon receipt of a Letter of Acknowledgement, please do the following 當收到學校局的通知信後必須完成下列事項
* Pay all remaining applicable program fees. (Tuition and Insurance) 付清所有尚未繳納的各項費用(學費與保險費)
* Complete a homestay application (if applicable) 填寫HOMESTAY申請書(如需要)
Once all of the above fees have been paid, an official Letter of Acceptance will be issued 以上費用一旦繳清，學校局會發出一份正式的入學通知書
Step three: Visa Application 第三步: (申請學生簽證)
Upon receipt of the official Letter of Acceptance, please do the following: 當收到正式的入學通知書必須完成以下事項
* Immediately contact the nearest Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) office via telephone, FAX, e-mail, or mail and request a Visa Application Form for a Study Permit. Be sure to apply as early as possible as the visa process can take over eight weeks. 立即以電話、傳真，郵件或電子郵件方式連絡最近的加拿大簽證單位提出學生簽證之申請。申請者必須盡快申請，因為簽證作業時間有時長達八周以上。
* Complete the form and include the Letter of Acceptance with your application package. 盡快提供依簽證單位所要求的證明或文件，並附上學校局提供支入學通知書。
* Wait to receive a Study Permit from CIC.等候加拿大簽證單位發出的學習許可
* Ensure you have an updated passport. 確認你的護照有效期
Please note that the International Office and the Employees of School District have no influence over the visa application process. Please direct all enquiries regarding your visa status to your local CIC office.
請謹記學校局或其任何僱員無法影響簽證之申請過程，申請者必須主動與加拿大簽證單位保持聯繫，以便得知實際狀況。
Step four: Prior to arrival 第四步: (到達前之注意事項)
* Fill out and return any forms requested by your new school. 填寫與繳交新學校所要求的入學文件
* Notify the Homestay Coordinator of your flight and arrival arrangements. 如果有事先登記住宿HOMESTAY之學生，必須通知HOMESTAY聯絡人班機資料與抵達後之相關安排
* Check the website for a list of items to bring with you. 詳細檢查各項必帶之文件或物品清單
